I met Monica at an open house and was immediately impressed with her knowledge and sincerity. She stood out from the other agents I had met and I knew she would help me find exactly what I was looking for and guide me through the process. She took her time to learn about me and what I wanted and needed, she educated me about my choices, she negotiated a great price, she saved me time and money, she connected me with trustworthy people to do maintenance/work on the property, and she was constantly in-touch throughout the process to make sure my questions were being answered and that I was comfortable with how things were proceeding. As a first-time buyer I am so happy I went with her, and if I could give her more than 5 stars, I would!

Monica Gibson is an incredible realtor. If it was not for her we would not have a cute home today, more so in today’s market. She was quick at negotiating and coming up with different strategies for us to be able to buy a home. We were living abroad and the time difference was a challenge but she was always available. Monica was quick at responding all of our questions and acted as if we were there. It was an amazing experience. She is very personable and professional. I would recommend her to anybody. Monica is simply amazing!!! Thank you for all of your effort Monica!

Monica did a fabulous job helping my elderly parents sell their home of 55 years. From planning the sale to completion of the closing, Monica was with them every step of the way. Her advice was thoughtful and professional. Her answers were complete and easily understood. She was sensitive to my parents' needs and most importantly, listened to them. My parents made the move to a retirement community knowing the sale of their home was in good hands. Monica's marketing brought many prospective buyers and ultimately, multiple offers.
