Monica Hands is the Broker and Owner of Springer & Harris Real Estate which is based in her howntown of Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

For the past 14 years, Monica has been working with clients around the world and has sold hundreds of properties in Fort Lauderdale and throughout South Florida. Her portfolio of sold and leased properties include residential, commercial, investment and foreclosure properties as well as condo hotel units, luxury vacation rentals new development projects.

Monica currently serves on the Board of Directors for the state association, Florida REALTORS® as well as her local association, REALTORS®of the Palm Beaches and Greater Fort Lauderdale. In addition, Monica holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Florida State University and a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Development from Nova Southeastern University.
