Akimi was a fantastic realtor to have for the purchase of my home. I was moving from a couple of hours away, and needed to do a few showings on quick weekend visits and virtually. She was accommodating to what I needed, and very flexible. I really trust her knowledge and input on property value and conditions, as well as community knowledge. There were a few things I wanted to negotiate on throughout the process and she really helped get me a fair and best deal. I am very happy with the experience and love my new home. 10/10 recommend working with Akimi!

I bought a house and sold my old house recently. Celeste was my buyer's agent and Celeste and Monica helped with selling of my old house. They were very professional and were there to answer any questions I had about any aspect of home buying or selling process. Celeste was very approachable, would answer my calls all the time and would be ready to show us houses whenever we wanted. She is knowledgeable, but very humble. Though it took some time for the old house to get sold due to seasonality and interest rate environment, both Monica and Celeste worked hard to gather all the info from HOA and advertise it well in the market.

We had great experience with Monica's team both for sell and buy. Back in 2017, Jason helped us to search our dream house in Iowa City. We did not find one after looking around for months, but he was able to find an open lot for us so we built a dream house. This year we decided to move out of state so of course our first choice is to work with Monica's team again. The team worked dedicatedly for staging, photo shooting and house showing. The house was sold quickly and we could not be happier with their service. Highly recommended for everyone in the corridor area!

As first time buyers, my fiancé and I had a lot of questions, and Brook was patient and able to walk us through the process. Monica and her team did a fantastic job in finding a great home for us with all the features that we were looking for. Brook Peterson in Monica's team patiently worked with us by creating a home search filter for us and he was very quick to set up a showing for us when we found the dream home. He was very instrumental in writing a winning offer on a home that had multiple offers in a competitive seller's market. The home buying process was very smooth and Monica's team members Jason and Jane helped us in every step of the way including finding the right home inspectors and home warranty vendors etc.
Monica's team also helped us to sell our previous home as well. Monica did good market research, priced the home right and suggested a few home improvement ideas that enhanced the value of the home. Staging was done very beautifully and open house & home showings were organized without any hassles for us. Monica also helped us to negotiate and select the best offer.
