Licensed in Delaware for almost 19 years and now licensed in neighboring Pennsylvania, I have experience in all aspects of residential real estate including sales, purchases, first-time buyers, seniors, short sales, and investors. I bring attention to detail to the transaction so that you are able to accomplish the best transaction possible.
When I'm not actively practicing real estate, I'm active in my community whether with Girl Scouts, community theater, my church, our local real estate non-profit Delaware Housing Opportunity Fund (DEHOFI), or one of several other valuable charitable organizations in our area. Additionally, I'm the Chair of our annual Delaware Association of REALTORS® convention, am a Board member for DAR, am an Ombudsman for the New Castle County Board of REALTORS®, am on the Community Engagement Task Force, am the chair of the Education Task Force, and am a long-standing member of the NCCBOR Public Policy Committee. It's important to me to improve the product that we bring to our customers, to ensure that our clients are treated with ethical care, and that we protect the rights of home ownership in our community.
