Now that my wife and I are thinking about timelines to upgrade in housing as we prepare for having a family, Monica has been a tremendous help in the do’s and don’ts to make our current house the most appealing and profitable it can be! She does a great job of negotiating on your behalf and consistently goes above and beyond to meet her clients needs. She is always available to meet/talk and gets things done very quickly.
