It’s been two years since we moved into our forever home, and this anniversary was a reminder that this review is long overdue—but Monica’s incredible work deserves to be celebrated regardless of the timeline!

We worked with Monica to both buy our new home and sell our old one during a very challenging seller's market. Because of the market conditions, we decided to find our new place before listing our old one. That journey took over a year, and it was an emotional rollercoaster. We saw some absolute "doozies" that made us question if we’d ever find the right fit, but Monica never wavered. She was incredibly patient, kept us positive, and sent us tailored listings every single day.

What truly blew us away was her responsiveness. For an entire year, there wasn’t a single time Monica couldn't get us into a home quickly for a walkthrough. She was always punctual, kind, and professional. During those tours, she was our eyes and ears, pointing out potential concerns and giving us "heads up" advice on things like local tax rates.

Her local connections ultimately made the difference. She found us a "for sale by owner" home that wasn't even on the MLS yet. We fell in love, and thanks to Monica, our offer was accepted the next day. Even when the seller pushed for last-minute changes, Monica went to bat for us and fought hard to protect our price and terms. We are celebrating our 2nd anniversary in this home this month specifically because she refused to back down.

When it came time to sell our previous home, Monica’s strategy was flawless. She suggested a high-energy open house and even brought a colleague to help manage the massive turnout—a brilliant move! She kept us updated throughout the day with texts that I’ll never forget, like: “There is a line of people waiting to come in and a SEA of shoes at the door!”

The results spoke for themselves: 5 offers in 24 hours, and we accepted a deal well over asking.

Monica isn't just a phenomenal communicator and a savvy negotiator; she’s someone who truly cares about her clients. We started this process looking for a realtor and ended up with a great friend.
