Monica helped my wife and I out tremendously throughout the process of selling our home before our baby arrived. She is smart, skilled and thorough in her craft. She asks the right questions, knows all the answers to our questions, and got us moving head first in the right direction right from the get go. Her marketing skills were unbelievable and got interest in our home almost immediately. Because of her efforts, we were able to sell our house and get comfortable before my son’s birth which was such a relief for us. We are excited to work with Monica again as we transition into our forever home, and I have no doubt it will be as seamless as our last adventure.

Monica made my selling and buying at the same time experience less stressful than I thought it would be. She helped us get multiple offers on our house within 24 hours of going live. And while house searching she helped us find our forever home for a great price! She made sure we got what we wanted and walked with us through every single detail throughout the whole selling/buying process.

Monica helped my fiancé and I during a really difficult time trying to buy a house during the pandemic. She really listened to all of our wants and needs. My fiancé wanted a multi family and I just wanted a house with a yard, we both got what we wanted. She answered every question we had no matter how big or small and I always felt like I was being heard. Monica looked at probably over 75 houses with us and helped us craft over ten offers before finding our dream home. If that is not patience and perseverance then I don’t know what is. I would recommend her to anyone and can’t wait to work with her again in the future!
