Monica Marty has a strong business background having worked as an auditor for Deloitte & Touche and later at Burger King Corporation in Real Estate and Development. Her experience in finance and commercial real estate & development enable her to understand real estate transactions at a macro level and offer meaningful guidance to her customers.
Monica has been a South Florida resident since the 1970’s. She attended Epiphany Elementary, Our Lady of Lourdes Academy, and the University of Miami. She has a BBA in Accounting, an MBA in Taxation, and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida. Upon graduating from UM, Monica went to work for Deloitte & Touche and subsequently for Burger King Corporation (BKC) where she stayed for 20 years. After Burger King, Monica worked at Church’s Chicken for five years and currently is with MOD Pizza. She has a wealthy of experience in site selection, financial analysis, lease negotiation and working closely with Design, Construction and Operations to open new restaurants.
Her wealth of financial and managerial experience makes Monica the consummate professional. She is organized, efficient and knowledgeable. Along with her professional credentials, Monica Marty is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA), and the Miami Association of Realtors.
