Monica helped us find our home she was amazing and would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home. She was very reliable she kept us updated throughout the entire process and made sure we understood everything. She went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met and understood what we were looking for. If we weren’t able to view a home she would go out of her way to take videos she truly is amazing and I’m glad we decided to go with her she made this experience great.

Monica was a joy to work with during the home buying process! My wife and I applied in one community in a different city and due to numerous complications with the community we had to look elsewhere. That elsewhere was about 60 miles away from where we started. Monica was more than willing to meet us over there and guide us in the process. We eventually decided to go forward with applying for a plan in the new community. Long story short. The same day we applied we got a call! My wife and I struggled with the quick decision we had to make. Monica assisted us with pros and cons of the decision. We decided to take the house! Over many delays and time from October to august Monica checked us on frequently and any questions we had she answered! She is amazing and glad we had her as our realtor/go to person! Appreciate you Monica!

There are SOOOO many amazing things we can say about Monica and our experience with her service. We were relocating from Northern California on a time crunch, in a total rush since we were selling and buying a home at the same time. Monica took on the challenge of helping us in a hurry and did not disappoint. She went above and beyond every single day to show us house after house via FaceTime (even early mornings and weekends). We could not have found our beautiful home without her. Our family is forever grateful. If you’re looking for someone to be there through the whole process, and also get to know your needs and wants in a home- Monica is it! We would recommend her a hundred times over. Monica was awesome, I felt like my preferences and questions were heard and catered to. She was even able to find answers to some of my more necrotic and absurd questions.... with out even making me feel like I was a jerk. Work took me to colorado... and apparently since her license is in California, was unable to be my agent since no longer buying in CA..... but she still helped me to find an agent in colorado even though she was no longer (unable to be) my agent.....I highly recommend Monica!
