About Monica

I am Georgia/Florida grown. My childhood was spent in Kennesaw, Georgia enjoying the woods and creeks in my backyard. My family camped every year in Unicoi State Park and went skiing in Sky Valley (back when that was a thing). After many relocations with my father's job, we ended up in Jacksonville, Florida.

It was in North Florida that I began my career in the Hospitality and Resort field. Working for some of the top resorts, clubs and hotels in the state afforded me extensive training in customer relations and service and instilled in me a lifetime passion for serving others and going above and beyond for each and every one of my clients and customers.

When my husband, youngest daughter and I moved to beautiful Hiawassee, Georgia, I knew it was the perfect time to blend my passion for service and my love for all things real estate into a new career.
