Monica was fantastic from the moment we met her. Monica understood the property and the fact that we were out of state 1300 miles away. We left it in her hands and sold it in a week and closed it in 4 weeks. We got a fair price and it was a solid deal without any problems. I cannot recommend Monica more to anyone selling a house. Her and Jack the broker were always In Contact keeping us updated. We had multiple offers but they vetted our buyer that we ultimately went with and he was solid. Monica is a true professional!!!

Monica is true Real Estate professional if you are the market to buy/sell or rent a property. We were looking for a rental in the Irvine area. Very tight rental market. Monica was able to show us multiple properties that met our criteria. We were able to secure a place within a couple weeks at the right price and location.
