Monica Rankin

Monica finished high school at Coronada in Scottsdale and attented ASU running the 5,000 meters in both track and cross country. Monica's love was always languages and writing so she specialized in Italian and German language and literature. Her interests in real estate started in 2005 and 2006 by assisting in 37 flips in those years. Later on, she became a lender and in 2019, a real estate agent. Monica loves Arizona! It is the best state to live in. Her specialty since she began as a realtor has been the adult communities. Helping clients own a piece of sunshine after working for a lifetime is very rewarding. It is a pleasure to take the time to listen and receive the wants of a retirement dream home. Monica prefers a slower pace and attention to detail in helping her clients whether they are buying or selling.
