As a home inspector its rare to see an agent present during the entire home inspection. Monica was not only present during the inspection she also made sure the front door was unlocked, lights and AC were on, and disinfected the area!! I can honestly say she truly cares about her clients. I'd highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate.

We are moving from out of town to McAllen. Monica took great care of us. She sent my wife listings, gave truthful opinions based on her local knowledge that really helped us narrow down our choices. When we found the place we liked but did not like the the price she went to bat for us to negotiate with the land lord. All in all it, Just Realty always got back to us quickly and were very professional. I will be working with Monica in the future for either a home purchase or an additional rental.

Monica is truly the best realtor in the Rio Grande Valley. When we bought a house in McAllen, she listened to our needs and our budget. She found us a great buy which has now appreciated in value by at least 20%. She was not motivated by how much she could earn, but by what was truly in our best interest.
