Monica did a great job helping us find the right condo in Naples, FL. We started with a wide search, looking at many geographically different communities and both houses and condos. Throughout this long process, Monica was patient, responsive and value-added. When we zigzagged on what we wanted to see, she would have showings lined up within hours (and sometimes minutes) and would always add her valuable perspective based on her years as a resident, an agent and a Mom. Once we did identify a property on which we wanted to make an offer, Monica drove the process home through some significant complexities, dedicating time and using her broad and deep network of service people to get us to a quick and smooth close. The follow-through has continued to be great in terms of helping us acclimate to our new surroundings. We highly recommend Monica for any type of real estate transaction.
