Monica Weakley

She is a lifelong resident of the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area. She gained valuable selling experience as the SVP of Sales for Clear Channel Entertainment Midwest Division. Then, to work in a field for which she had much passion, she became a licensed Realtor in 2003. Monica’s experience in real estate includes being the owner and lead agent of The Weakley Team, holding a leadership position within the Keller Williams Advisors’ market center for 5 years where she coached and trained other agents to run successful businesses of their own. One of Monica’s strengths is her understanding of the “science” of real estate. Unlike other agents, Monica has a strong ability to analyze and understand trends in Cincinnati real estate. Many agents today like to price houses the old-fashioned way. That is to say, they only look one way… backwards to past sales. While that is one important aspect to consider… agents who know how to sell in today’s market understand how to price according to active inventory and taking into consideration the current competition. It is the BEST and ONLY way to predict the success of your sale. Monica is actively involved in animal welfare and is the Chair of the Board of United Coalition for Animals (UCAN). When she has time, she loves playing golf and she will look for any opportunity to get to the beach! She is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Cincinnati Area Board of Realtors (CABR), Northern Kentucky Association of Realtors (NKAR), and Cincy & NKY MLS.
