Monica Yrigoyen has had her Real Estate license in the state of Arizona since 2002 and has been investing in Real Estate since 1984. Monica is an Arizona native born and raised in Tucson, Arizona. She has also lived 12 years in Vail, Arizona which is SE of Tucson where she raised her three daughters. She has a vast knowledge of Southern Arizona and its history as well as changing trends and new developments. Monica Yrigoyen is passionate about her Real Estate business and wants to continue her growth and success in Real Estate with ExP Realty.
Monica’s Real Estate experience has led her to own several businesses including her Real Estate business, Rental Property business, Land Acquisition Business, and Investment and Insurance Business.
Monica's educational pursuits include earning a B.A. in Business Administration and a Master's in Organizational Management. In addition, Monica is a Real Estate Mentor, Coach, Instructor and Trainer, Landlord, and Property Investor. Monica has helped several Realtors improve their skills and grow their real estate business. She has also helped several Investors grow their Real Estate Portfolios to build Generational Wealth through property.
Monica continues to grow her business network with Seller's, Buyer's, Investors, Builder's and other Agents. Additionally, Monica is founder of a Women’s Investment group called WHOW (Women Helping Other Women) where Women are Empowered to invest through Real Estate. Monica’s Investment community helps others with wholesale deals, fix and flips, buy and hold, lease-options, subject-to, multi-family, and much more.
