Monika was born and raised in Switzerland. There she enjoyed an affluent career in the Swiss banking management industry for many years.
While vacationing on Maui in 1999, Monika met her husband, Bobby. While living on Maui, she was a contact agent for many rentals, which sparked her interest in the real estate industry.
After a few tropical years Monika and Bobby eventually ended moving to the state of Washington. Having had a fondness for the real estate industry, Monika followed her passion and acquired her real estate license in 2003. Monika immediately realized that this was the career for her.
Monika enjoyed many successful years as a broker in the Clark County area, however, she knew that the goal was to open their own firm. That dream came true in 2014, Bobby and Monika started X2 and have not looked back since.
Monika exceeds at what she loves to do. Monika is extremely meticulous and dependable. She is fluent in English and German. Monika communicates every step of the process clearly with all her clients and her number one goal is to ensure all timelines are met.
When Monika is not working, she enjoys gardening, attending weekly Zumba classes, watching movies, taking her classic Mustang on drives and spending time with her family and their beloved cat Bailey.
