Monika is a native Seattleite, with a background in the tech industry. Raised in Germany until she was 6, Monika grew up in Ballard...before it was desirable. She spent a year living in Kyoto, Japan studying the language, business and ceramics at Kansai Gaidai University. She has traveled extensively in Europe, India, Africa, China, and SE Asia. Monika has a passion for real estate and deep knowledge of the Seattle area. After a 20 year career working in search/linguistics/localization for Amazon, Getty Images, and Corbis, she began investing in real estate and got hooked! Monika brings her skills as a negotiator and tenacious problem solver to real estate and will work tirelessly to achieve your goals. Her passions include yoga, hiking, and working on a school she co-founded 12 years ago in a remote area of Kenya near the Masai Mara.
