We used Monina to help us purchase our first home. Although we were very excited to buy a home, we had no idea where to start or even exactly what we were looking for. Monina was extremely helpful with first helping us to understand our priorities in the home search. She was very patient as we had many questions and sometimes struggled to make decisions. Knowing that she had a lot of experience and a high level of expertise gave us confidence that she would not let us choose a home that would not suit our needs. Now we have been living in our home for 8 months and are so happy to be somewhere that is exactly what we hoped for. We are very grateful for Monina’s expertise and guidance and will happily recommend her to our family and friends!
