There are not enough words to express how AMAZING Monique is. As my relator she was patient, kind, professional and really listened to what my Wife and I were looking for. As first time home buyers, it can be really scary not knowing if you are making the right decision with such a large purchase. You hear of Buyers Remorse and get extremely nervous, but Monique held our hands through the process and we could not be any happier. Not only was she reliable during the buying process, she even went out of her way to drive by my house a few weeks after our purchase because I couldn't remember if I closed my garage door! Everybody ask how go by getting house all I can say is Monique Barber Geathers is best realtor hands down around here I literally didn’t have to follow up or keep contact with her.....she literally pretty much did everything she told me what needed to done she kept contact wekkly and monthly to see how and what I was doing, never gave me run around like other people do. Also she sat me down with credit personal and they broke down what all we needed to do to up our credit and we did just that .....All I did was tell her what I wanted, when and proved documentation I needed , she everything else...She so professional down to earth I loved her vibe from the beginning I wrote her on Facebook

I contacted Monique back in May to begin the home buying process and closed on my new home in the beginning of September. She was very knowledgeable and professional; she let let me know what to expect and also told me about the dos and don'ts. I felt so comfortable talking to her about things that I felt were issues and she guided me through them. I truly appreciate her being there for me, even when I called her crying and hyperventilating LOL. I would recommend her to anyone and will do so in the future. She asked the questions that I didn't know to ask and made sure I got what I wanted in my home.
