If I could give 10 stars I would. Being a first time home buyer, Mo was so refreshing to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable, keeps you in the loop of everything, takes all the time you could possibly need with her to answer your questions and she is so incredibly honest and dedicated to her clients. Mo’ is an agent who is not out just to make a commission, she is an agent who prides herself in seeing you thrilled to find your home. From start to finish Mo’ remained punctual. I could go on for a while about how happy and thrilled I am with my experience having her as my agent. It felt really good working with her to secure my home and I truly believe you would be just as happy as I to have her as your agent.

My wife and I recently purchased a home, and through it all, Monique was amazing to work with! She worked tirelessly to find us great homes, schedule showings, and fight for our best interests during the negotiations. She is very honest and direct with you on all facets of the process, and will give you her very educated opinion on the best steps to take. She will support any decisions you make, and doesn’t push you into anything; more so she provides you with the knowledge to make those decisions yourself. We are forever grateful to have worked with her, and will do so on any future home buying or selling! Mo is one of the best!!

I've bought and sold 4 houses using Mo and she's been great every time! Super responsive to texts/calls/emails. She's got a great network of lenders, contractors, painters, cleaners, etc, everything you need to buy or sell a house. I followed her advice on how to prep my house for sale and we got 2 offers over listing the first day! I'm going to give my new house a couple months and then start badgering my husband about a lake house so we can work with her again. We had such a good experience it almost doesn't bother me that her hair is so much cooler than mine.
