Monique was a pleasure to work with! Her and i worked for over four months to help her client secure a purchase of a Short Sale property. There were ups and downs from the selling side that Monique navigated like a true professional. We were able to secure a $10K first time home buyer grant for her client in the process. She was on top of all aspects of the transaction and made sure her client was protected, and that she closed on the house of her dreams. 5 Stars for Monique!

We "found" Monique by accident- we met her at an open house and we got talking. I gave her my contact info and 24 hours later she had houses for us to look at. She really paid attention and understood what we were looking for in our next home or not. The personalized portal she set up for us gave us a whole host of houses to consider that were pre-screened to meet our needs. I can't say enough good things about Monique. She was our home buying encyclopedia, our sounding-board, our quick-response team helping us jump through all the hoops needed to get to settlement. Monique made it a good experience.
