Monique Perri is extremely dedicated, highly knowledgeable with a tremendous work ethic, and let’s not forget an impeccable personality. To have this as our realtor…we were the lucky ones!
For my husband and I, this was our first home purchased together. We had requirements & expectations, but she always stayed very patient.
She found us the turn key, minimal work needed home in the area we were familiar with and loved!!

Monique did an outstanding job with helping me find a place to live in a short period of time. I needed an apartment in Philly for work and she was able to efficiently find me a wide variety of options that fit my list of needs. I am very happy with the apartment I ended up in and would recommend her to anyone I know! She is responsive and works hard until she puts you in a home that you desire.

It was a real pleasure to work with Monique.  She is professional with her business dealings, yet, at the same time, personable - showing that she cares.  She went above and beyond the call of duty in assisting me, including taking the time to explain various aspects of the lease, sending follow-up emails to check-in, and working past normal business hours to tend to my particular circumstances.  I  feel very confident that she will do the same for others and I very highly recommend her.

Monique was so much fun to work with and super professional! My wife and I explained what we were looking for and she made suggestions along the way that were helpful. She found us a turn key home that we only needed to buy furniture for! That was my goal, little to no work on a house and that’s exactly what she found us. I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Monique. I will be recommending her to a lot of friends and co-workers that are in need of anything Real Estate.
