Monique Ryan

Monique Ryan is a lifelong resident of the Monterey Peninsula and grew up immersed in Real Estate as her parents were spec builders and they rarely lived in the same house for longer than a couple of years! She found this lifestyle exciting and growing up in this way, gave her the unique opportunity to live all over the Monterey Peninsula and really gather a sense for this area. Her mom Lucie Campos who is among Coldwell Banker's top 1% of agents for 10 years running has been a huge inspiration for her and a great mentor. She got her real estate license while attending Pepperdine University and first joined Coldwell Banker in Malibu California at 19 years old. When she graduated from college in 2003, she moved back to Pacific Grove to start a family. She is excited to have chosen a profession she feels enthusiastic about even now after 19 years in the business!
