Monte Young

Monte has a deep-seeded passion for real estate and supporting his clients in their journey of buying and selling property. He has worked with a diverse group of clients, properties, and conditions. This experience has give him an upper hand in dealing with any situation. Through the years he has had the opportunity to gain a great deal of skill and familiarity in the marketing and selling of residential, multi-family, commercial, raw land, housing developments, and waterfront properties. Monte genuinely desires to create a relationship with my clients and will always do his best to give every client the best experience possible.

Monte began his career in real estate in 1989. He believes his experience and hard work demonstrates my comprehensive knowledge and understanding of selling and buying homes, making him an extremely qualified broker. In 2007, he earned the coveted CCIM designation, which is considered a doctorate education in commercial real estate.

Monte founded Bellwether Real Estate alongside four other owners. He is proud of the passion and energy that is fostered at Bellwether.
