We have used Morgan for 3 transactions now, and we can’t imagine using anyone else. She is the definition of hard working! She consistently went above and beyond for us, driving across multiple states house hunting with us in a very challenging market. We trust her implicitly at this point. She does an extremely thorough market analysis for any property we were interested in, giving us confidence we were making a good buy. She is a wealth of knowledge, and humble at the same time. We have worked with other realtors who treated us like we were being difficult or taking up too much time. That never happened with Morgan. She stands out from the rest being licensed in FOUR states. In a challenging market, this was very important for us.

I'm a little hesitant to explain how much Morgan went above and beyond the call of duty in helping my wife and I find an apartment in Frederick, MD because I feel like there's no way she can possibly do all that for everyone. But she did for us and it made for such a successful and painless process for us. She was so responsive and attentive, but also had this weird ability to always predict what we needed. Whenever I'd ask if she could look into something, 9 out of 10 times she already had. I don't know how she has the time of day to do all the work she does, but I'm sure glad she does! If you're looking for a rental in the WV/MD/VA area, we can't recommend Morgan enough!

My wife may have already left a review, but I figured I'd leave one too. Fantastic experience, Morgan and Tara really took the time to understand our needs, wants, and budget, and really worked to find us the right home.

We've been in the home for about... 8 months now give or take, and are loving it. Wouldn't have happened without Morgan!

Can’t say it enough - Morgan Martin Boyer - WV, MD, PA + VA Realtor is phenomenal!

Other realtors we talked to didn’t understand short term rental properties (they should - it’s a crazy hot industry). Morgan was up for the “challenge” when we came to her wanting to do a 1031 exchange. I’m not sure any other realtor would have been as patient and unflappable, doing many virtual visits over FaceTime, always going above and beyond for us. Our exchanged property had a very attractive above asking offer before we even made it to the open house. Our replacement property, she was answering questions and getting the deal done working basically around the clock.

She has a client for life!

Morgan did a fantastic job of publicizing our listing, a historic home outside of Shepherdstown. She was always very professional and responded to questions or relayed information promptly by text or phone. The listing was on the market for a total of a week, Morgan went out of her way to make sure that it was being shown to the maximum extent possible and the showing schedule was completely booked for several days. At the end of that week, Morgan was able to bring us multiple offers and provided a written, side-by side comparison to help us choose the best one. We had to work out a remote closing because we had already relocated, and once again Morgan went out of her way to work with the closing attorney and the buyers to make sure that everything went as smoothly as possible. Thank you, Morgan - very happy - we picked the right Realtor.
