Morgan was very responsive through the whole process and very helpful. I had a tight schedule as I was finishing up an intensive clinical for my medical program. Morgan was sure to accommodate me when needed and was so helpful when looking for a place. He would send me new locations daily and was very patient with me/ determined to find the best fit for me. Morgan was such a delight to work with. I initially found him on Zillow, but when the listing I reached out for didn’t work out he didn’t let that stop him from helping my spouse and I find the perfect home. He took all of our specifications and turned it into a ~22 apartment listing tailored just for us. After choosing a few, we toured. Morgan was punctual, friendly, and made sure we had answers for questions we’d forgot to ask. After applying to an apartment (found by Morgan), he followed up through the entire application & lease signing process, ensuring we got all we were promised.

Morgan is the best! He goes above and beyond a typical realtor. I worked with him on buying a house in the Fishtown/east Kensington neighborhood. He put together a competitive offer, worked with the builder and selling realtor with some concerns I had, and really went to bat for me when any issues came up.
