Morgan Forehand

Morgan Forehand is a graduate of Ole Miss, where she majored in marketing communications with an emphasis on public relations and reputation management. She immediately pursued her passion for real estate upon graduation and joined her mom at Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty. Morgan enjoys the personal aspect of real estate, where she can build lasting relationships with her clients and play a positive role in their home-buying or selling experience.

Morgan has extensive knowledge of Metro Atlanta’s resale and new construction markets. Having grown up in the North Fulton area, she has impressive expertise in the Alpharetta, Milton, and Roswell communities, as well as the Metro Atlanta neighborhoods of Buckhead, Brookhaven, and Intown.

Morgan has a fresh outlook and approach to the market and brings creative solutions to different obstacles, whether it’s thinking out of the box to get your home sold, positioning buyers to have a competitive advantage when submitting an offer, or creating a marketing campaign for new development.

Morgan is actively involved in the Atlanta community as a member of the Junior League of Atlanta and the Alpharetta and North Fulton Chamber of Commerce. She is a founding member of the North Fulton Rotaract and serves as the club's social chair. Morgan's energy and devotion to serving her clients are contagious, and she thrives on connecting with clients at every stage of their home-buying or selling journey.
