Since moving from New York, my husband and I have been dreaming of a place we could raise our daughter. We were pretty nervous given how difficult the current market is, but Morgan took amazing care of us. She walked us through the whole process, listened to our concerns, answered all of our questions, and helped us with a strategy to get our dream house. She worked tirelessly until we found exactly what we were looking for, and within a month we had an accepted offer. So grateful for everything Morgan did for us!

Morgan goes above and beyond as your realtor! She is very organized, patient, and has an eye for the small details. The home I ended up purchasing was a new custom build: we were the first clients in before it even hit the market! She was even kind enough to wait for a Home Depot 4hr delivery window so my fridge could get installed. She even dropped of a dog crate in my new home for me. If I could give her a 6 star review i would. She takes care of everything, even your four legged family members.

Morgan was recommended to my wife & me to purchase our first home in Nashville, and our experience was outstanding. She is professional but personal, knowledgeable but a good listener, on-time but flexible, and a consistently outstanding communicator. We cannot imagine having gone through this stressful process with anyone else by our side!

Morgan truly cares about her client’s satisfaction and happiness. She continually reiterated that she is working for US, and it was obvious through the processed that she followed.

She helped us narrow down what was most important for our home by asking good questions and pulling the right information from our responses. She sent us homes to review online daily and then discussed our thoughts to help further narrow our search. Her deep knowledge of Nashville neighborhoods and suburbs was invaluable to helping us find the right part of town, and she patiently took us through many different neighborhoods/suburbs to make sure we bought in the right area.
When we sent her homes that we were interested in touring, she immediately responded and scheduled a showing. The Nashville house market can be competitive, but she knows how to work the market.

I cannot stress enough how patient she was through this experience, which we greatly valued as first-time home buyers. She expertly held our hands through the whole process, showing us over 40 houses in 3 months – and working through 5 offers on 4 different houses! I’m not sure we would have made it through this experience without her optimism and steadfast patience.
