Too bad there are only 5 stars!!! Morgan deserves 10+ stars for her exemplary work ethic! Morgan was the ONLY realtor who was willing to reach out to us because we lived in another state, and was flexible enough to understand our concerns about purchasing a house without being in the state of Florida. Outstanding professionalism and caring energy to go the extra MILES to ease our worries. Loved working with her and she has our highest respect for a job well done.

Can't give Morgan enough 5 stars!! We are from out of state and wanted to buy land for a custom build. Morgan was incredibly knowledgable about the hot spots in the area and so communicative. I really appreciated her proactive communication and knew she would not let anything fall through the cracks. It was our first time buying a land/lot and she made everything SO easy.

We scheduled a viewing with her for a piece of land we thought was the one. Turns out we hated it and had no other options. Morgan, however, already had print outs of alternative lots for us to take a look at. We ultimately went with another lot she had found while we viewed that last alternative lot. Talk about thinking on your feet!

Morgan was absolutely the best to work with. We were not able to physically come to FL to check out homes before we chose to purchase. LUCKILY, we had a great realtor to help us find the home for us, even states away. Morgan was ON IT, when I found a home we were interested in, as you know homes sell quickly. After multiple attempts to make offers on homes, we finally found the one we could call ours. She was very responsive, personable, and I’ve recommended her to others because of it. Anyone would be lucky to work with her. This is our first time buying and although there were some bumps, she was there every step of the way. That’s everything I could’ve wanted for our first home buying experience. THANK YOU MORGAN!
