Hi! I'm a Kansas REALTOR® with At Home Kansas, specializing in real estate services in the Johnson County Area. I've lived in JoCo almost my whole life-graduated from Blue Valley High School and Johnson County Community College, and have lived in 5 different cities in the county.

My track record of customer service is excellent- I'm very dedicated to help my clients and am available for them every step of the home selling/buying process. You can count on knowing I'll be there for you!

In addition to being a REALTOR®, I'm also a wife of a retired Lenexa Fire Fighter and a mom of 7. Before I began real estate, I was an on-call birth (labor & delivery) photographer in the Kansas City Area. Morgan was our birth photographer for two of our children. She was professional, committed, reliable, hard-working, passionate, and had great communication! The quality of her work stood out above the rest! I can’t say enough good things about her! Our experience with her as our birth photographer impacted us enough that we feel very confident recommending her as a real estate agent as well! She does her homework, is customer-focused, straight-shooting, a great advocate, driven, and timely in all she does. I guarantee you will not be disappointed!

Morgan Lang's professionalism & communication skills stood out as we discussed our real estate needs with her. Being older & definitely not 1st time homebuyers, we were okay with downsizing yet not necessarily a priority for us and Morgan was able to offer housing advice that would have applied to everyone whether first time homebuyers, investors looking for investment properties, military families, move-up buyers, & senior buyers like us, because being a lifelong JOCO resident, she possesses the local expertise needed for all Home Buyers & Home Sellers. In addition to listed properties, Morgan searches for For Sale By Owner sellers and gets a signed permission to show agreement signed in advance of the showing so buyers have more houses available to them vs agents who do not work with FSBO sellers. Morgan also alerts her buyers to distressed properties and foreclosures to add to the options available. We just bought a new construction luxury home and now have listed with Morgan.
