Morgan Rodriguez

Morgan loves exploring Philadelphia and in turn loves helping her clients explore and connect with Philadelphia. There is never a day where it feels like “work”. Anytime that Morgan works with a client of course her number one goal is to meet their goals. This could be helping them find the perfect new home for them or to helping them sell their current home and move on to the next chapter in their lives. Sometimes this process takes just a few weeks and sometimes it takes years. Buying a home is a huge investment and Morgan is not here to rush anyone or sell them just any house, it must be the right house for them. During the entire process, Morgan works to fully understand her client’s needs, all the while being a fierce advocate for them.

Morgan and her husband own several rental properties throughout the city, both residential and commercial, and have also developed several new construction homes and condo buildings, so Morgan has a background in investing in real estate and new construction and renovations. She grew up outside of Pittsburgh and moved to Philadelphia after she graduated from Penn State. Morgan currently resides in the Graduate Hospital neighborhood with her husband and 3 children. Morgan enjoys hanging out at the local playgrounds and eating their way through the city.
