Morgan had great advice on establishing a good asking price and established a great listing with great pictures and verbiage that best represented the house. There was a lot of interest the day it was listed and within 24 hours we received an offer. In fact, the house closed within a month after it was put on the market. Morgan took care of everything and was very proactive coordinating with all involve. Morgan is top-notch!

Morgan helped my husband and I buy our first home. He worked fast and he communicated with the seller's agent to get our offer under contract within three days of showing us the home. He educated us on things that we would need to do to maintain our beautiful home. When our inspection showed that the home needed a few repairs he negotiated and got the seller to fix everything on the list. He was easy to work with and we can't thank him enough for his help!
