I made a recent purchase(my first home) with Moses Elkholy and I must say the whole process was like breeze. He took care of everything, right from finding the house, finding a lender, negotiating the best price and terms and he made sure I am protected from all scenarios .
He is professional, on time - actually he will be there hours before said time and complete his analysis on all listings and make your life even more easy .

Moses sold one house for us and bought another. While selling our house he made sure to get the best price and best terms for us. It was also done in a way that all showings of our house were done with the least disturbance for our family.
Buying a new house was challenging, the market was very competitive, but Moses found us a great house and negotiated really good terms.
Both transactions were done almost simultaneously which is difficult, but we had a great experience and ended up with a very good outcome.
