Moses E. Hall, CCIM, is an award-winning commercial real estate broker, developer, and executive leader based in Chicago. He is the Founder and Managing Broker of MoHall Commercial & Urban Development, a full-service commercial brokerage and consulting firm specializing in commercial acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, government contracting, and public-private development throughout Chicago and the surrounding suburbs.
Moses is recognized as a national voice in commercial real estate, earning his CCIM designation in 2023 and leading major assignments across multifamily, retail, office, industrial, and mixed-use assets. His career reflects measurable success in aligning investment objectives with market opportunity, optimizing corporate and municipal real estate portfolios, and executing complex transactions for public and private stakeholders.

He has held roles with the National Association of REALTORS® Commercial Economic Issues & Trends Forum, the Illinois REALTORS® Global Business Council, the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) Governmental Relations Committee, and the Chicago Association of REALTORS®. He previously served as an Illinois REALTORS® State Legislative Contact for State Representative Marcus Evans and has contributed to multiple initiatives focused on economic development and commercial revitalization.
