My journey in real estate began in 2017 when I purchased my first home. A townhouse that I transformed into a room rental. Using my technical know how and DIY skills, I converted the basement into a full suite. I successfully rented out all rooms, allowing the rental income to cover the mortgage, HOA fees, and utilities entirely.
Inspired by the financial freedom and opportunities real estate provided, I purchased two additional rental properties in 2019. Along the way, I realized how little value I received from the real estate agents I worked with, which motivated me to become a licensed real estate agent in 2021. My original intent was to represent myself and reinvest commission savings into renovations, however, word quickly spread among friends and family. Helping my niece and a close friend purchase their first homes sparked a new passion.
Today, I work as a real estate agent committed to helping others achieve financial growth through smart buying decisions, income generating properties, and well-informed strategies. I specialize in working with first-time buyers and aspiring house hackers, sharing the guidance I wish I had when I started.
