Mr. David McIlva McIlvaine JR

David grew up in Ellicott City, Md., a graduate of Mt. Hebron High School class of 2000, and a member of the school’s 1999 Maryland State Championship Lacrosse Team. His mother, Bonnie McIlvaine, and father, David McIlvaine Sr. started a Real Estate Team “The McIlvaine Group” in 1992 and David joined the team in 2004. David is ingrained in Real Estate with deep family roots to mold his knowledge and has been practicing Real Estate as a full-time Realtor® for over 20 years now, helping both past clients and new clients realize the dream of home ownership. David and his family currently reside in Carroll County, where he lives with his wife, Allison, 3 year old daughter Haven, 8-year-old son, Hudson, and 10-year-old son Jackson.


When he’s not working with clients, David enjoys spending time with his family and friends, coaching his sons' Mt. Airy Bulldogs Football Team in the fall, and coaching his sons' South Carroll Lacrosse Team in the spring. David is passionate about Real Estate and uses his high standards when it comes to customer satisfaction and will work hard to earn your trust, represent you effectively, and give you and your family the personal service you deserve, just as his family has done for over 30 years in the Real Estate business.
