We so glad we found Gregory to our home. While other agents during our listing appointments with them, would tell us that our market value for our property was were at least $15,000 less, then would Gregory said he could/would get. We decided on Gregory and just like he said in that particular area the market did exactly what he said and we were able to get $20,000 dollar more than what other agents said we could. We thank, Gregory for his superiors knowledge of the intricacies of this Real Estate market because we were able to benefit greatly from it. So if you want an attention to detail, very knowledgeable, and just an all around great person as an your Real Estate agent, then Gregory Hamilton is that agent you want working with you!!!

Greg did an excellent job getting me into my new home. It was quite a new experience for both of us as I decided on an older home needing renovations and started the process with a 203K renovation loan. This loan required multiple inspections, all of which Greg coordinated and attended (I tend to have late and long hours). Despite many twists and turns and surprises as the loan process spawned more requirements, Greg kept the process on track. Throughout the entire process Greg advocated on my behalf for the best possible outcome. This home is probably my forever home but if I were to buy and sell again I would most definitely use Gregory Hamilton as my realtor. Thank you Greg for getting me into my home - the process seemed like it would never end but you helped me to the other side.
