You’re also close to several institutions in the Baltimore area. “Living there, you’re not far from the city, but you’re also close to Towson. You have Towson University to one side and Morgan State to the other,” says Billig. “Owners tend to settle there, which helps to make it a community. It’s not always easy to find that in the city.”
