Most recently “The Leonard Tehrani Team” was recognized with one of the highest listing to sold ratio in the region for 2005,2006,2007,2008. Prior to aligning themselves with Keller Williams Reall Estate Leonard Tehrani was the Owner/CEO of Tehrani and Associates formerly ERA Excellence-West Chester Borough. Leonard and his Team of agents were proud of being ranked number two office with highest Overall company dollar award units and number three overall company AGC . Leonard Tehrani personally was ranked third in one month sale in the total AGC in 2008. Leonard started his career at Re/Max back in 2005 and has worked his way to having a career beyond expectations. While attending school at Drexel University studying Global Journalism Leonard found an opportunity to involve himself in investment properties. This encouraged him to attend Polly Associates in Newtown Square and receive his Real estate license. Leonard furthered his advancement in the real Estate world by participating in Coldwell Banker Preferred’s Leadership Development program. Today Leonard joins Keller Williams Real Estate as a leader and a member of the Associate Leadership Council.
