We can’t recommend Michael’s expertise enough for helping you buy a home. We are first time home buyer’s and he really went out of his way to help us with every step of the process. He tirelessly worked days, nights, and weekends to help us find the perfect home and guide us through all of the required steps.

His unique background in construction proved invaluable to us as we were viewing and deciding between all of the available homes on the market, and we appreciated all of his knowledge and advice. He understands the unique challenges of military and government personnel and was able to help us navigate the requirements with our VA loan. I wanted to write a review about the awesome work Michael Sassone is doing with me. The first time I talked with Michael he actually listened to what I had to say first about how am planning to buy my first home. Also he asked me important questions to see how he can help me with this process, instead of telling me what to do from a realtors point of view. He executed a plan that I was already thinking about doing myself but just needed someone to make it make sense. Michael has done that for me and now I'm on the road to saving more money towards my purchase of my dream home.
