Working with Tiffany is one of the best decisions I made during my home buying process. I found Tiffany after working with other realtors that were unable to find exactly what I wanted or provide the type of attention I required. Tiffany took everything that I gave to her for what I needed in home and showed me three amazing homes. Each one was better than the last. Knowing that I was a young first time home buyer Tiffany made sure that she took time to explain every step in the process in depth so I knew exactly what I was getting into. Once we decided that a new development better fit my needs, Tiffany was there to guide me through every step. From my first appointment, going under contract, design studio, and all my home walkthroughs she was there every step of the way to keep me on track and answered all my questions. Throughout this whole process she made sure that I knew I came first. When I had issues with my lender Tiffany found me a lender the same day that was able to close on VA loan last minute. Tiffany worked tirelessly until the very last second to make sure that I was able to move into my first home.

Knowing what I know now I wish I would’ve met Tiffany sooner in my home-buying process. She kept my spirits up and assured me she was going to get me into my home one way or another when I had issues with my lender and builder. She stayed on top of communication with both parties until I the very last second. I happily recommend that anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the DMV area work with Tiffany Davis. Her patience, knowledge, and expertise of the area makes her the best realtor to work with in the DMV.
