It’s not too often that I will actually take the time to write a review for someone. I do so when that person makes an impression on me, and in this case it was a great one. If anyone is in need of a reliable realtor I highly recommend you get in touch with Ebony Gaines from the Jill Barbera Team w Keller Williams Real Estate. I work in an industry where customer service is very important and Ebony is EXACTLY the type of person we try to hire. She is so polite, extremely knowledgeable, follows up with you in a timely manner, and ALWAYS goes the extra mile for you. She definitely exceeded my expectations and I will be sure to send people her way!

Ebony worked really well with my needs, wants, and adjustments... She was incredible in ensuring I was getting what I asked for and never pressured me to move at a faster pace. With me moving from another state and accommodating the viewings with me virtually as well as in person was tailored to my timing throughout the entire experience. Thanks again Ebony!!!

I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Ebony Gaines. She made herself available to see properties around my schedule and was very responsive with all my questions and concerns. I was looking to both buy and sell a property.
