We hired Munier two weeks ago to find our company a warehouse. In a very competitive market he was able to get us an amazing deal in our warehouse in just 2 weeks. He was very responsive with our calls and emails. Extremely professional and always looking after us. Constantly making sure we are protected and taken care of when it comes to contract signing. My wife and I recently bought a vacation home in Hollywood, Florida. We are from out of state. We were represented by Munier. He was referred to us by a close friend who had roughly a year prior bought a house with Munier's help. We couldn't have been happier with the professionalism and responsiveness from Munier. He returned our calls and texts within minutes. He was knowledgeable. He advocated for us and made extra calls, when necessary, to get the information and the job done. He met with the home inspectors several times on our behalf. He helped us close escrow remotely. A few weeks after escrow closed, Munier even called and offered to swing by the vacation home to make sure it was still locked up and undisturbed. Throughout the entire process, Munier had a great and helpful attitude in all his interactions with us. We will definitely reach out to Munier if/when we look into Florida real estate again.

We tried working with other realtors and doing research on our own and nothing was working out. Within a week of working with Munier he found us a place and got a contract in place. We were so lucky to have him in our corner. He worked night and day until we were happy. Even after moving into our new place he was always checking up on us and making sure everything was going okay. He is the best of the best and anyone would be lucky to work with him!
