About Murphie

Murphie launched her real estate career in 2016, building on a professional background in healthcare, pharmaceutical sales, and a Business Management Degree from Athens State University. After her move to Nashville in 2014, Murphie knew this was her time to step into the real estate space. She had spent years learning from her husband in his construction company by traveling abroad on building contracts and seeing how important residential and commercial development was for people from all cultures, countries, and walks of life. Focusing on Nashville real estate, Murphie's goals were simple. She sought to connect buyers with homes, help sellers secure the highest price possible for their homes, and provide luxury service to those relocating to Nashville.

Murphie maintains that understanding the human connection to homes (a home being more than a house) is the key that makes her services unique. Task-driven, an excellent communicator, and detail-oriented, she helps clients navigate the competitive Nashville real estate market, every year facilitating more transactions than the last.

Murphie thrives in the details, from negotiating prices on luxury multi-million-dollar properties to strategizing development projects. She guides buyers through numerous homes until they find the one to which all others pale in comparison. Murphie crafts unique strategies for sellers and operates on-task to maximize a home's potential and get the most for its sale.
