Natives of Jacksonville, and graduates of University of Florida, Elise and Murray have called Ponte Vedra Beach home since 1983. They love the easygoing lifestyle and the incredible friends they have made over the years. Elise and Murray are now officially “empty-nesters,” having proudly raised two children: Laura, a local attorney, and Max, a medical school student.

Both Elise and Murray are alumni of Leadership Jacksonville and are natural leaders who love giving back to the community. Murray was honored to serve as Chairman of the 2000 Players Championship, and currently serves in leadership roles with the family’s Presbyterian church. Within the Sawgrass Country Club, he is a past President of their HOA, and actively serves on some of their committees. Elise, a passionate entertainer, and motivator, leads fitness & cycling classes in her spare time. She also volunteers by reading weekly to second graders at Ponte Vedra Elementary and helps in outreach projects at their church.
