Ms. Davis and her team are the best. I found her through my mom because she sold my mom her home. She worked with me and worked with me until my home was sold. She was very professional and presented much enthusiasm throughout the whole process. So much so she sold a second property for me and my husband as well. I am very very grateful she was in my corner throughout the whole process. She definitely gets the job done. Birddog Real Estate Group was a Godsend, I highly recommend them. I have been looking for a home for about three years, with two other realtors in the past. With me having to do all the work and not knowing where to start, until I attended a seminar held by Birddog about three weeks ago. I met with Myesha and told her what I wanted and we set up a day to talk that following week and from that day the team has been working and making my dreams come true. When I say working, I mean they did everything, all I had to do was show up. I gave up because of the increasing percentage rates causing the mortgage payments impossible for one person to handle. But not my agent, she was very encouraging and was present every step of the way. With that being said I found my house in the same week and it’s a brand new home and I will be closing in less than 30 days. I can’t express this enough, I’m very grateful for each and everyone who has been there to make this journey possible, and I highly recommend them. I promise you will not regret it.

I did a google search to find top realtors in the Jacksonville area, a city I had not yet moved. Checking out client reviews and realtor's websites, Bird Dog's video about getting prospective homes inspected, use of technology and team to get a client through the house purchase process made a big impression. Through the hunting process, I found Myesha Davis to be professional, thorough, very experienced and responsive to questions, virtual appointments and requests. Her insight, real estate experience and love for negotiation resulted in my purchasing a home beyond what I imagined in my desired neighborhood.

This review is long overdue for Myesha Davis with Birddog Real Estate Group. She is knowledgeable, professional, her response to concerns are immediate. My experience with her has been awesome. She sends short video messages to introduce herself or to provide explanations. She truly listens to your concerns. She is truly the best you will not regret doing business with her.

My interactions with her started in 2020 to present It is so wonderful to meet people that love what they do they go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. It is an awesome experience. I felt valued as a customer, especially in my difficult situation.

Myesha Davis, with Birddog Real Estate Group has made a huge impact in my life and I have never met her in person!!!!! That is powerful!! I thank God for allowing me the opportunity to meet her. Mrs. Davis and her staff are a pleasure to work with. She is knowledgeable and professional. She has sold multiple properties for me and the transactions have all been smooth. 2 of my properties were sold within 5 days of being listed. Mrs. Davis is a hard worker and she and her staff will work for you. I had 2 different relators look at one of my houses and Mrs. Davis sold it for twice what they were offering. Ayla and Bird Dog are great! I found Ayla through an old classmate of mine recommending her on Facebook, and I decided to give her a call to see if she could assist my husband and I in navigating the market and buying our first home. She did that and more! Ayla was very thorough and responsive/easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. She was patient with us and provided great support and insight in our decision making process. She explained all of the moving parts to us and was very realistic, but open in aiding with our search. She was also very encouraging and provided a great listening ear when the process got overwhelming and difficult for us as first time buyers. First thing I can say is Myesha was/is incredibla. She ft more like a friend rather than someone I was doing business with. Searching for a home can be very stressful, especially in today's market. Bird Dog Real Estate Group with the help of Amina made the process very easy and painless. Amina was with me every step of the way; she answered all my text and e-mails quickly, even on the weekends she was there for my family and I. Amina made sure that all our based were covered, she did walk-throughs with us, made notes with us and was there with us during closing and took photos of us unlocking the door to our brand new home. Oh my, where should I start, first impressions was that of welcome, happy to be apart of this journey, going forward, Myesha Davis showed exceptional patient and diligence in helping me realize my dream, I relied on her experience and expertise and was not disappointed, and then the day came.
