I can not praise Myeshia enough! She sold my place super fast, only one brokers open house, and an all cash offer! I was a moody, high maintenance client and Myeshia stayed calm , cool, and collected. Myeshia is knowledgeable in a multitude of various areas regarding real estate! This property was "stressed" and was targeted for a narrow group of buyers. One of the co-owners was difficult to contact due to a move out-of--State. Myeshia worked extra-hard to overcome these hurdles. She gave good encouragement to a non-computer-oriented customer (me) to get documents filed on-time. She provided immediate updates on all incoming offers and the same once a valid offer was made.

If you seriously in need of a broker/ real estate agent then Myeshia is the woman I highly recommend.
She is very professional, personal, transparent, and forthcoming.
