Mylene Coltey has lived in the Saratoga/Warren County Region for over 30 years. She looks forward to the opportunity of helping you buy or sell your home locally! In addition to real estate sales, she has 35+ years of experience as a real estate paralegal and has handled over a thousand closings. Mylene is also a Homes of Distinction Specialist. Just a little about her … she is originally from Lac St-Jean, Quebec, but her roots are here in this great capital region. Mylene raised her daughters in Queensbury and lived there for 20+ years, while also working in Saratoga Springs. They were incredibly involved with the Adirondack Youth Hockey Association where both her girls played, her husband, Darryl, coached and she volunteered as the Girls’ Hockey Director and Team Scheduler. Six years ago, Mylene & her husband found their dream place and moved to Schaghticoke where they enjoy country life with their two horses, a flock of Icelandic sheep, and several chickens. In her spare time, she enjoys trail riding on horseback and in the frigid winter months, knitting Norwegian creations from her sheep’s wool product.
