Myra was very instrumental in helping us both buy a new home and sell our old one. She was with us from beginning to end on both processes, keeping us in the loop with every aspect of the buy/sale process. She provided us with educational tips, next steps, and recommendations about what to do Throughout the whole process, she was very professional, friendly, straightforward, and always cared for our interests. Myra Williamson, an outstanding realtor!!!

Myra was with us during the sale of our mother's home, the home in which we had grown up in. She was both sensitive to our situation and practical when giving us the best advice possible. She was patient, answering many questions, and extremely helpful in helping us prepare this home to get it ready to become someone else's home. She was sensitive to the fact that my sister and I had many memories wrapped up here, but she was also honest about what it needed and helped us determine a great selling price. Myra went above and beyond to give us the best possible advice and find a buyer who was a perfect fit for this home.

Myra did an excellent job selling our childhood home after our mother passed. It was a difficult time and Myra was fully aware and considerate throughout, while also skillfully moving us forward through the process. She was very knowledgeable in guiding us through the selling process, recommending the upgrades that would have the most impact, and connecting us with a contractor who could do the needed work. She also helped us set the appropriate price on the home so it didn’t linger on the market and we feel confident we received top dollar for the property. In short, she’s great - supportive and knowledgeable, answering our endless questions, and going above and beyond her role on several different occasions. I highly recommend Myra to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. We had an excellent experience with Myra as our agent.

I would highly recommend Myra to sell your home. She had a plan right from the start and it worked. The house sold after one day on the market for more than the asking price. I also commend her on the skill she used in diffusing touchy situations as we worked through the details with the buyers.

Myra came in and did a great job. I had a not so satisfying experience with another realtor prior to bringing Myra in. Great prep and advice. Plus, dealing with a very difficult buyers realtor wasn’t easy for her, or us as buyers, but she was right on it! Highly recommend Myra whenever you want to get things done in an efficient manner.

My wife and I could not be more happy with our decision to choose Myra as our realtor. Myra told us she wanted to treat us like family, and from the start of the house searching process to closing, she was true to her word.

As first time home buyers, Myra educated us through every step of the process, and gave her insights and recommendations. She was extremely responsive, and was sometimes able to set up showings as soon as the same day we asked, if not the next day.

When we found our dream home, Myra was very focused on everything we would need to do, and handled coordinating the inspections, and even had contractors come out to give second opinions. During contract, Myra continued to represent us to make sure we got the best possible deal we could.

Our relationship didn't end after closing; Myra continues to check in on us, and has helped wherever she is able to. For anyone looking to buy a new house, especially first time buyers, I highly recommend using her!
